Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Delivery times

We commit to preparing and shipping the order within 3–7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Customized products (e.g. engraving, sizing or design according to customer request) will be delivered within up to 14 business days.
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays.

2. Types of deliveries

Home delivery

  • Costing 39 NIS

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from the date the package is handed over to the shipping company.

Self-pickup (subject to availability)

  • By appointment only

  • Free of charge

3. Shipment tracking

Upon delivery of the order to the courier company, the customer will be sent an SMS or email message including a tracking number.
Diamond Dave is not responsible for delays resulting from shipping companies, but will assist the customer in locating the shipment if necessary.

4. Cancellations and Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, under the following conditions:

Returnable products

  • Jewelry that has not been engraved, personalized, or resized

  • The product has not been worn or used.

  • The product will be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable products

  • Custom-made jewelry – including engraving, special sizes or design at the customer’s request

  • Jewelry that has been worn or shows signs of use

5. Return process

Please contact us in advance using the contact form on the website or by email.
The customer will send the product back to the address provided to him, at his expense.
After receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be made of the amount paid, minus a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.

6. Faults and anomalies

In the event of a defect or error in delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with documentation (photograph, etc.).
We will replace or repair the product at our expense, at our discretion and depending on the nature of the fault.
